¢ Registration Announcement

The 2023 VLSI Symposium on Technology, Systems and Applications will be held on April 17-20, 2023. All the sessions will take place as convention. Please refer to the agenda at the symposium website.
The symposium this year provides an extension, Virtual Symposium. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, such extension is to serve those who cannot come over to attend the symposium. Attendees can access to the video presentations of each session at the Virtual Symposium. If you can not come to the symposium site in Hsinchu, please register yourself as a Virtual Symposium participant.
Some presentations will be delivered by pre-recorded video on-site. Those presentations will be remarked in the agenda. The Q&A of each session will only be available for attendees on-site.
Tutorial handout and presentation files will be provided according to the authorization of the instructor.
Up to 50% discount for the Virtual Symposium participants in registration fee as in the table below.
On-site participants will be able to the Virtual Symposium to access , which is an additional benefit.
Due to current travel restrictions in response to COVID-19 pandemic, we highly suggest that overseas participants attend the symposium VIRTUALLY.

On-line registration is encouraged.
Early Registration Deadline: 23:59 (GMT+8), March 17, 2023.
Online Registration Deadline: 23:59 (GMT+8), March 24, 2023.
Those who miss the above two deadlines may register on site during April 17-20, 2023.
All payments must be made in Taiwan Dollar.

¢ On-site Access Policy

According to the regulation by Central Epidemic Command Center, attendees with fever, respiratory symptoms, or potential exposure to COVID-19, should not enter the symposium site, even though whose registration is acknowledged.
In compliance with COVID-19 prevention guidelines,

(1) Please check in the symposium with QR Code every day, for the purpose of traceability by Real Name, before entering the site, and
(2) Please keep your face mask on at all time throughout the symposium.

¢ What is Virtual Symposium?

The virtual symposium will be open from April 24 to May 23, 2023. All materials will be offered On-Demand 24/7 in the symposium website during Virtual Symposium.

¢ For Oral & Poster Presenters

For oral and poster presenters, please register according to your role(multiple choices).

¢ Student Participants

Student Group Registration (Submit the registration list with a group of minimum 4 registrants and same thesis advisor/doctoral advisor.)

For selecting On-Site symposium

Limitation	Minimum 4 people to unlimited
Discount	Each of the 4th to ∞ student benefits a 50% discount.

Student participants must display student ID card.
Please note the student group discount is not applicable to oral and poster presenters.

¢ Payment

All payments must be made in Taiwan Dollar by credit card, bank remittance, or cash.
Early special rate is only available for Early Registration through the registration website and payment shall be completed by March 17, 2023.
From March 20, 2023, all the unpaid registration will be requested with regular rate automatically.

¢ Cancellation, Refund and Invoicing

Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent to the Registration Office.

(1) For cancellation before March 24, 2023, refund of prepaid fees will exclude TWD 1,200 for administration charge.

(2) For cancellation after March 27, 2023, no refund is applicable.

2. Authors who have uploaded their papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.

3. All refund will be processed after the symposium conclude.

4. The deadline for replacement of invoice is May 5, 2023.
